Draft a campaign

What an agent needs to draft an email campaign through the MCP.

This page drafts one campaign. The sending domain is a separate job: Set up Email Marketing. Do not send the campaign.

1. Use the Saasco MCP

If Saasco is not connected, read https://www.saasco.com/docs/mcp.mdx and follow the steps for this client. Sign in, allowing "Create and change data in your projects". Search with saasco_search_tools, then run the tool with saasco_execute_tool.

Pass project id YOUR-PROJECT-ID on every project tool. On a connection scoped with ?projectId=, omit projectId.

2. Draft from the product

Read the repo, the public site, and any doc the user points at. Call emailMarketing_listEmailCampaigns first. Do not create a second campaign with the same purpose.

Call emailMarketing_createEmailCampaign with status DRAFT. Write the subject and body in this product's voice, for one real audience. Point it at an existing list from crm_listContactLists. If there is no list and the user has real people to load, follow Load an audience. Do not invent contacts.

Leave the campaign in DRAFT. Do not call emailMarketing_sendCampaign or emailMarketing_sendTestEmail.

Set up Email Marketing

What an agent needs to verify a sending domain for Email Marketing through the MCP.

List Email Campaigns

Lists the project's campaigns with status and send progress. Audience, UTM, A/B config, and message bodies are omitted — fetch a campaign by id for those. Optionally narrow with `type` or `types`. Omit `take` to return every matching campaign; the dashboard passes `take` (max 100) and `after` to page.
