Set Public Follow

Sets whether a visitor follows a post, so they can be emailed when its status changes. Public and unauthenticated. Send the desired state, not a toggle.

Email address so a follow can receive status-change mail. An empty string clears it.

Desired follow. Unfollowing keeps an existing vote. Send the state you want, not a toggle.

Which public portal the visitor is on. Votes and comments are tracked separately on each.

Set Public Vote

Sets a visitor's vote on a public post. Voting also follows the post. Removing the vote keeps the follow. Public and unauthenticated.

Lists the votes and follows stored for one visitor on the feedback board or the roadmap. Public and unauthenticated.
