Lists published changelog entries for the public page. Public and unauthenticated. Each row includes an excerpt and tags, not the full body.

Subscribe Changelog

Subscribes an email address to changelog publish mail. Public and unauthenticated. Subscribing an address that is already on the list succeeds.
