# Get Funnel Steps By Day

POST /api/v2/projects/{projectId}/analytics/funnel-steps-by-day

The same sequential funnel as Get Funnel Steps, but broken out per day so you can chart step conversion over time. Returns one row per step per day.

## Request

- projectId: string, path, required — ID of the project to analyse.
- dateFrom: string, required — Start of the window as an ISO 8601 timestamp with a timezone offset.
- dateTo: string, required — End of the window as an ISO 8601 timestamp with a timezone offset.
- eventNames: string[], required — Ordered list of event action names forming the funnel. Order matters: a user counts at step N only if they fired steps 1..N in this sequence.
- timeZone: string — IANA timezone for per-day funnel buckets. The dashboard sends the signed-in user's local zone. Defaults to UTC.
