# Add Article Reaction

POST /api/v2/knowledge/articles/{articleId}/reactions

Records a reader's helpfulness rating on an article, incrementing that article's happy, neutral, or sad counter. Public and unauthenticated, so it can be called straight from a help-center page. There is no deduplication. The same reader can react repeatedly.

## Request

- articleId: string, path, required — ID of the article being reacted to.
- reaction: happy | neutral | sad, required — How helpful the reader found the article.

## Response

- 200: Successful response
- 400: Invalid input data
- 401: Authorization not provided
- 403: Insufficient access
- 500: Internal server error
