# Agent setup

One prompt installs the [Saasco skills](/docs/skills) and connects the [MCP server](/docs/mcp) in the agent you paste it into.

The agent fetches the [setup instructions](/agent-setup/prompt.md) and follows them for the client it is running in.

## What it does

1. Installs the Saasco skills for this agent, if they are not already there.
2. Adds the MCP server at `https://www.saasco.com/api/mcp` to this client only.
3. Stops so you can sign in and allow "Create and change data in your projects".

Reload or restart the agent after it finishes. The tools show up once you have allowed access.
